AACR brings together the global oncology research community to explore the next wave of tumor biology, biomarker discovery, and translational research.
At Watchmaker Genomics, we're focused on enabling deeper biological insight through next-generation NGS innovation - delivering high-quality genetic and epigenetic data from the same sample, even when material is limited or degraded.
Featured Technology
TAPS+ enables nondestructive methylation sequencing for integrated oncology insights
TAPS+ is a bisulfite-free sequencing method designed for direct detection of 5-methylcytosine (5mC); preserving DNA integrity and base complexity.
Unlike traditional bisulfite approaches, TAPS+ avoids DNA degradation and collapse of sequences from four to three bases, and enables:
- Simultaneous genomic variant and methylation analysis from a single library
- Improved library complexity and more uniform coverage
- Compatibility with clinically relevant oncology samples, such as FFPE and cfDNA
By preserving the original DNA sequence, TAPS+ supports high-quality epigenetic profiling alongside genetic analysis - particularly valuable when working with limited or degraded tumor samples.
Coming Soon
EquiPlex: A novel CRISPR-based, nondestructive library normalization technology designed to transform how labs normalize and pool samples
- Eliminates calculations and serial dilutions
- Reduces sample dropout and uneven pooling
- Enables efficient, scalable automation
