Silicon Valley, CA | March 4 - 6th, 2026

Watchmaker Genomics develops enzyme‑powered NGS technologies designed to deliver reliable genomic and epigenomic insights from clinically relevant samples. Our vertically integrated approach to enzyme engineering and manufacturing enables high‑performance workflows that preserve sample integrity, support low inputs, and scale into regulated environments.

At PMWC 2026, we will highlight how direct, non‑destructive methylation detection and robust DNA and RNA library preparation can expand the translational value of sequencing data – without adding workflow complexity.

The TAPS+ positive methylation readout preserves DNA integrity and base complexity, enabling integrated methylation and genomic variant profiling from a single library. This talk will highlight how direct methylation detection supports translational and clinical research applications, including tissue‑of‑origin analysis, tumor profiling, and low‑input samples such as FFPE and cfDNA.

Lead technology: TAPS+ for integrated genetic and epigenetic profiling

TAPS+ enables direct detection of 5‑methylcytosine (5mC) while preserving DNA integrity and base complexity. Unlike bisulfite‑based methods, TAPS+ supports simultaneous genomic variant and methylation analysis from a single library – making it well suited for translational and clinical research applications where sample quantity and quality are limiting.

Established NGS workflows for today’s clinical pipelines

Alongside TAPS+, we will showcase DNA and RNA library preparation solutions engineered for performance with real‑world samples:

  • DNA Library Prep – optimized for FFPE and cfDNA to boost sensitivity, with improved yields and sequence accuracy
  • RNA Library Prep – fast (<5 hours), FFPE-ready, and reliable across diverse RNA inputs

These solutions are designed to integrate cleanly into current clinical and translational sequencing pipelines while maintaining flexibility for future assay development.

Meet Our Team

If you’re attending PMWC and would like to discuss future‑ready NGS tools, translational assay development, or how epigenetic readouts can be incorporated into clinical research workflows, we’d be glad to connect. Come say hello at booth C935.
