Figure 2. No index cross-contamination. Twenty-four unique synthetic inserts were ligated to 24 Full-length UDI Adapter pairs, amplified with P5/P7 primers, then pooled and sequenced. Sequencing data was bioinformatically demultiplexed and analyzed for insert or adapter contamination. Results show index purity of >99.99%.
