High-throughput automation of mRNA library preparation for reliable RNA-seq workflows

This poster from a collaboration with Agilent Technologies details the automation of the Watchmaker mRNA Library Prep Kit on the Agilent Bravo NGS Workstation. The method was easy to implement and increased walkaway time for users, while demonstrating equivalent performance to manual library preparation. The combination of simplified chemistry, reduced hands-on time, and robust reproducibility provides a scalable solution for applications requiring consistent, high-quality mRNA-seq data.
